Packed and sent by us

Everything is picked, packed and loaded by us here at the farm. There's no warehouse, no distribution centre — just the farm, our van, and your door.

That means your leeks come out of the ground and into your kitchen within a day or two, not a week. You can taste the difference.

Delivery FAQ

When will my order arrive?

We deliver on set days each week by county. Once you place your order you'll receive a confirmation email with your delivery day. We'll send a reminder the day before.

Do you deliver to my postcode?

We cover most of the five counties listed above. If you're unsure, place your order and we'll confirm your slot or let you know if you fall outside our route — you'll never be charged without confirmation.

What time will you arrive?

We handle all deliveries ourselves, so times can vary. Most deliveries happen between 7 am and 2 pm. We'll be in touch if there's any change to your slot.

Do I need to be in?

Not necessarily. If you have a safe place (porch, cool bag left out, shed), leave a note in your order and we'll follow it. Chilled and frozen items need somewhere cool.

What if something is out of stock?

Occasionally the hens or the harvest have other ideas. If we can't fulfil part of your order we'll contact you before delivery and adjust the charge accordingly.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please get in touch as early as possible. We can usually make changes up to 48 hours before your delivery day. Contact us via the contact page or call the farm directly.
