1. About us

Cropwell Farm Shop is operated by Cropwell Farm, Limes Farm, Old A46, Cropwell Butler, Nottingham, NG12 3AQ. By placing an order or using our website at cropwellfarm.shop, you agree to these terms.

2. Products

We sell fresh farm produce, meat, dairy, and deli goods. As these are natural, seasonal products, availability may vary. We reserve the right to substitute an unavailable item with something of equal or greater value, or to remove it from your order with a partial refund.

Product images are for illustration only — natural variation in size, shape, and colour is to be expected.

3. Pricing

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price charged is the price shown at the time you place your order.

4. Orders and payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, for example if a product is out of stock or if there is a pricing error.

Payment is processed securely by Shopify at checkout. We accept major debit and credit cards. We do not store your payment details.

5. Delivery

We deliver to a local area around Cropwell Butler, Nottinghamshire. Delivery is available on orders over £20. A delivery charge of £3 applies. Specific delivery days and cutoff times are shown at checkout and on our Delivery page.

We will make every effort to deliver on the agreed day, but cannot guarantee exact delivery times. If we are unable to fulfil your delivery, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or issue a full refund.

6. Click & Collect

Click & Collect orders can be collected from Limes Farm, Old A46, Cropwell Butler, Nottingham, NG12 3AQ. Orders are typically ready within 24 hours. Collection is available daily 8am–4pm. You will receive confirmation when your order is ready.

7. Returns and refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns of fresh food items unless they are faulty or not as described.

If you receive a product that is damaged, incorrect, or not of satisfactory quality, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt at cropwellfarmshop@gmail.com and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

For non-perishable goods, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Please contact us to arrange a return. Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days to your original payment method.

8. Allergies and dietary requirements

Our products are produced in an environment that handles a wide range of allergens including gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, and meat. We cannot guarantee that any product is free from allergens. If you have a serious allergy, please contact us before ordering at cropwellfarmshop@gmail.com.

9. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. You can delete your account at any time via your account settings or by contacting us.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to Cropwell Farm Shop. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cropwell Farm Shop is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the value of your most recent order.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
